Before beginning therapy, I did my research to find a therapist in my area. Upon calling a few professionals, all I would receive was poor phone etiquette and lack of interest in the patient. I then stumbled upon Olga's information on Psychology Today, and decided to give her a call. From the first phone call she was extremely caring, patient, and showed interest in her potential clients. I soon set up my first appointment.
Before therapy I was coping with various sets of problems ranging from relationships, family, friends, and anxiety. I was nervous and began my therapy with an optimistic attitude. Unlike other therapists, Olga does not just seat you in a chair for forty five minutes, and let you explain your problems without providing feedback. She is extremely engaging in conversations, and lets you see problems from a variety of perspectives. She is always motivating you to dig deeper to the root of the problem. Every session differs a little bit then the one before, and Olga uses a variety of methods to really understand her patient and also always has a positive attitude in order to encourage the patient to continue to come to sessions in order to improve upon their problems.
I have been Olga's patient for three months, and I can definitely say that I have absolutely no regrets from attending weekly sessions. It has not only been the best investment on myself, but it has helped me grow and discover things about myself I never knew were possible. I got to not only understand myself better, but also improve my life in so many ways. I slowly began to notice the negatives in my life, and changed them into positives. My self esteem and confidence has sky rocketed, and I have never felt this good about myself in a very long time.
Within a few short months my life did a 180. I not only improved my relationships with the people around me, but I also began to worry much less, and get rid of the negativity that was once present my life. I would not have been able to make these improvements if it wasn't for Olga. If I had to give one piece of advice it would be to take the time and actually give it a try. Be patient, and give it time. Changes do not happen overnight, but with the correct guidance you will begin to notice that you will improve upon yourself, and learn new things about yourself. There is always room to grow and its never to late to make a change in your life. I am so glad to have met Olga and actually give therapy a try.
Olga Rothschild has been my therapist and "inspiration" for several months now. And in the time that I have spent under her care for depression I have experienced life changing, life giving results. She's a warm, caring, and extremely intelligent professional with a positive and proactive approach as to how she can help you to help yourself in your own treatment and recovery. She's very thoughtful and passionate in her approach to addressing the needs and concerns of her patients.
She goes out of her way to connect with you on a very personal and compassionate level. She also challenges you to actively participate in your journey back to wellness. She has encouraged me to look far beyond my current illness and has inspired me to follow a new and much more rewarding path in my journey to wellness and an "undreamed" of future. TY, Olga!
Without her therapeutic services,"empathetic ear", and determination to assist you in your time of "crisis" I don't where I'd be right now.
Olga Rothschild is a great therapist! I highly recommend her to anyone that needs help. When I first began to work with her, I was a big mess... I was very depressed, had a low self-esteem, and did not know how to help myself or even where to begin. I also had problems in my relationship. The woman that I loved did not want to see me anymore. I felt devastated!
After working with Olga, I began to feel much better, and now see a great difference. My depression is gone! My anxiety decreased, and my mind is clear. I still have issues, but using therapy as my vehicle to vent my problems, I gained new skills to resolve them. Olga helped me see things from a new perspective. I also found my purpose, and began to pursue a career of my choice. Thank you, Olga!
There are not enough superlatives to describe Olga Rothchild and the value of her work as a therapist in the lives of others. Olga is intuitive, perceptive, kind, experienced and dedicated. Therapy is not a job for Olga. It is her passion, her life, her vocation. She desires for her clients to be successful in resolving and managing their problems.
You will hear Olga often say, "I was thinking about you and your situation and perhaps you may want to consider another way of solving your problem, or how do you feel about this idea?" How refreshing is that? A therapist who cares about your situation beyond the session! Olga wants you to have a life of joy designed by you.

I was one of the many people who believe that we don't need a therapist. That we can handle whatever the horrid hand we've just been handed. That time will heal everything and over days, weeks, and months, we will be ok.
I've received bad news this year and for the first time in my life decided to go with a therapist, if anything, just talk things through. I chose Ms. Rothschild out of three other ones, and I am glad I did.
One of the most important things for me in a therapist was a comfort level. I instantly felt comfortable in her environment. She is very calm and pleasant, and when you speak to her, you don't even feel like it's therapy or some process. It feels like you are talking to a friend. Meanwhile, and this is something you realize later, she has been steering you towards a healing goal that you are unaware of until you leave. Then it feels like a ton of bricks has been lifted. It may not happen in the first session or even third for you (everyone is different and everyone has different issues) but you do feel better not just in the moment of therapy or immediately after, but she does plant lovely seeds that bloom when you least expect it.
I am forever grateful for Ms. Rothschild's service, she helped me tremendously, eased the pain almost immediately, and with a few sessions, I was on my way to feeling like I've never felt before.
After my ordeal, can I honestly say that I would have been OK even without Ms. Rothschild? Probably not and if I were, it would take five or even ten times longer.
